Founded by Henrique (Henry) Losada in 1998 with the purpose to be able to provide Health and Safety Training to the Hispanic workers in Central Florida.

Serving Florida for over 20 years, teaching numerous of OSHA 10 and 30 hour and MSHA Part 46 New and Refresher to Spanish speakers workers.

As a Safety professional, Henrique possess over 20 years of progressive experience in Safety Management with a sustained record of success providing solutions for integral parts of Health and Safety. Henrique has an outstanding track record in safety management and is accustomed to working in complex operations and excel at dealing with extraordinary circumstances resolving seemingly insurmountable challenges.

As an accomplished Environmental Health and Occupational Safety professional with a great community presence and influence, Henrique enjoys the contact with people in the field. This in turn helps him to stay focused on making a valuable change in their safety behavior with the aim of having a lifelong impact on the frontline employees. Passionate about coaching and training employees, he takes on holistic advisory approach which serves to empower through imparting knowledge and understanding. Not only is he driven to facilitate overall compliance with workplace regulations, he endeavors to promote transformation through behavior modification, accountability and responsibility.

Graduated from Universidad Jose Antonio Paez, Venezuela in Business Administration.

Member of American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) since 2008 and the Alliance for Central Florida Safety (ACFS), Henrique enjoys traveling preferably outside the U.S.A.

Henrique’s areas of expertise include employee safety measures, extensive expertise in scaffolding, including suspended scaffolds, mast climbers and aerial lifts developing and running safety training programs, and regulatory compliance.
