As a Safety professional, Henrique possess over 20 years of progressive experience in Safety Management with a sustained record of success providing solutions for integral parts of Health and Safety. Henrique has an outstanding track record in safety management and is accustomed to working in complex operations and excel at dealing with extraordinary circumstances resolving seemingly insurmountable challenges.
As an accomplished Environmental Health and Occupational Safety professional with a great community presence and influence, Henrique enjoys the contact with people in the field. This in turn helps him to stay focused on making a valuable change in their safety behavior with the aim of having a lifelong impact on the frontline employees. Passionate about coaching and training employees, he takes on holistic advisory approach which serves to empower through imparting knowledge and understanding.
